In a yoga class, I integrate the different styles of Yoga I have practiced and studied in order to meet the capacities and goals of an individual or a group.

I am currently focusing on gentle, therapeutic and restorative classes. Asanas (yogic postures) are taught in a slow pace to promote postural alignment, awareness, and healing. Depending on a client's preferences I incorporate sound healing with singing bowls and sanskrit chants which promote ease and mental focus, among many other benefits.
